Ready for the real thing? Ready for really cheesy pizza prepared any way you like by the owner himself? Then you will love Vince's Italian Pizza....GENUINE ITALIAN CUISINE. Nothing fancy about the decor, but something really special about the food Vince serves. We have gone there for many years and are firm believers that there is none better in West Texas. You can have all the big chains with their prepared ahead toppings and fast food techniques. Everything here is prepared to order whether you are dining in, picking up or having your favorite Vince's Italian or Greek dish delivered.
Perhaps the locals go here as much for the Greek Gyros as the pizza. I know we do. We often get one of each and share both.
A Gyro is pita bread topped with spiced beef that Vince cuts from a vertical rotisserie and tops with a cucumber sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Very spicy, very tasty and something you get a craving for if you haven't had one in a while.
If you like a beer or wine with your meal, bring your own. Vince does not mind although he offers no alcohol for sale. There is a package store behind the restaurant and a convenience store just to the south.
