If we had to sum up Joe Taco Mexi-Cafe in one word, it would have to be "creative".  From the time you pull up to the multi level structure, till the time you finish a fine dinner or lunch, you are impressed with the creativity of the persons who planned the structure and the menu.

When you enter, you pass an outdoor patio and then from the main dining are you can see the enclosed patio shown above.  Ron ate there for lunch for the first time and was very impressed.

When the traditional tortilla chips and salsa was promptly brought to the table, he was please to also have a dipping sauce made from green tomatoes and avocado.  This really fine treat was not as hot as the salsa and a very creative touch. 

The menu was like none Ron had ever seen.  Enchiladas were offered with his choice of six fillings and four sauces not the traditional  two or three.  Ron chose the "Fire Roasted Pork" with green chili sauce.  A nice American touch was the small lettuce and tomato serving along with the traditional Mexican Rice and Beans.  The enchiladas were among the very best Ron has ever enjoyed and ever the rice and beans seemed to be spiced better than others.

The menu is so creative and extensive and the dining experience so relaxing that Ron can't wait to take Carol there for dinner.  She loves really good Mexican Food and we will give you an update when we try some different entrees.
